This idea was inspired in part by the fact that in our previous jobs it was absolutely forbidden to give stuff away, so when we opened our OWN business we thought it would be fun to "break" all the rules and give, give, GIVE! We thank each and every customer who supports our business and makes the giving possible!!
Friends 4 Life - Over $331,000 donated since 2008!
Friends 4 Life was first produced in 2008 when our friend, fellow wine girl and Broken Bow schoolteacher, Shawn Hutchings was battling cancer. After Shawn lost her battle with breast cancer, we kept making the wine and funded scholarships for her children Hunter & Haley Hutchings.
To honor her passion for education we began awarding scholarships to other BBHS students and since we began have awarded over $331,000 through this scholarship program to 34 recipients. **$7 from every bottle of Friends 4 Life is donated to the scholarship fund**
b'ARK - Over $199,000 donated! (since 2011)
Over $199,000 has "gone to the dogs" and cats! In 2011, we girls thought it would be fun to do a label with our rescue dogs and donate a portion of each bottle sold to our local animal rescue organization. We were inspired by our rescue dogs, Lucy, Rowdy and Sooner.
We were also inspired by all the hard-working volunteers of the ARK (Animal, Rescue & Kare). **$4 of each bottle of b'ARK goes to ARK, so that they can continue to find good, loving homes for needy animals**
Proceeds from our 2017 50 Shades of Pink Walk/Hike/Run were donated to local breast cancer support group the McCurtain County Treasured Chests
The Girls - Over $30,000 donated!
We developed "The Girls" when we got a group of friends and employees to join us in the Susan G. Komen "3 Day Walk for the Cure" in Dallas. Proceeds from the sale of this special wine funded the entry fee for our team to the tune of several thousand dollars. After that experience, we came home inspired and wanted every woman we knew to have an experience like that. That's when the 50 Shades of Pink event was born. This event has now become a whole weekend celebration!
This wine is available with limited supplies from the end of March until May when supplies run out.
Thanks to all who joined us on our 6kish Walk/Run success! We couldn't support these amazing causes without your participation!!!
50 Shades of Pink 6kish - Over $40,200 donated!
The fun…the laughter…women (and men) locking arms to be a part of something bigger than themselves just seemed like a logical fit with Girls Gone Wine.
Today, proceeds from the event go to "Treasured Chests of McCurtain County" to help those battling cancer with expenses, trips to the doctor, wigs…whatever the financial need is!
